All parents are encouraged to join the MOE GIRO scheme for your child’s
school and miscellaneous fees, which offers the following benefits:
• Efficient payments for school charges and enrichment programmes
• Elimination of manual payments or the need for your child to carry cash
to school
• Facilitation of disbursements (e.g. school awards) or refunds (e.g.
cancellation of programmes or excess payments)
• Reduction of administrative workload for parents, teachers and staff

PayNow
Parents are encouraged to register their children’s bank account with
PayNow using the children’s BC/NRIC number. The activation of PayNow will
facilitate the prompt disbursement of monies for the child.

Edusave
Official Website
All Singapore Citizen students will have an Edusave account and receive
a yearly contribution for their educational use.
Parents will need to provide authorisation in order to use Edusave to pay school miscellaneous fees and enrichment programmes organised by the school.

Financial Assistance
The Ministry of Education provides financial assistance to Singaporean
students from our Government and Government-Aided Schools who need financial
assistance for their studies.

ComCare recipients are auto granted MOE FAS and we will inform eligible parents.

On Parent Gateway - Using the e-FAS form (under Services tab – Financial Assistance).

Alternatively, your child can approach the General Office for a hardcopy to bring home to fill up. Submit the completed form to the school.
Additional Financial Help

If you require further financial assistance beyond the MOE FAS, you can approach your child’s school to find out more about their school-based financial assistance. Your request will be evaluated by the school on a case-by-case basis.

DigitalAccess@Home
DigitalAccess@Home provides subsidised broadband and laptops/tablets to lower-income households to support their lifestyle needs, including school, work and social activities.
Low-income households living in HDB flats with at least one Singapore
Citizen are eligible to apply for DigitalAccess@Home.
If you currently have a home broadband service, you will need to wait
until your existing contract ends before you can cancel it and apply for
DigitalAccess@Home broadband.
You can apply for both broadband and laptop/tablet together or separately in different months/years.
